Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your relationship with OG Studio. Please read them carefully before booking a project or using our website.

Acceptance of terms
By accessing ogstudiovisual.com or engaging OG Studio for services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services
OG Studio provides product photography, video production, and AI-powered content services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements or written quotes.

Payments
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a 50% deposit is required before production begins and the balance is due upon delivery. Late payments may accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.

Intellectual property
Final delivered assets are licensed to the client for the use defined in the project agreement. OG Studio retains the copyright to all work and the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless a buy-out is purchased.

Cancellations and reshoots
Cancellations made within 7 days of a scheduled shoot are subject to a 50% fee. Reshoots due to client error or change of direction are billed at our standard rates; reshoots required because of studio error are at no cost.

Confidentiality
We keep client materials, briefs, and unreleased products strictly confidential. We will sign mutual NDAs on request before sharing sensitive information.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OG Studio's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a project is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific deliverable in question.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County.

Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
